Zoltan and Tanja Vegel
Zoltan (aka Zoli) is originally from Subotica in Serbia but moved to Sombor in 2005 to help with Sombor Christian Fellowship, which was founded a few years before. Zoli took over as the pastor in 2010.
Zoli’s focus is on evangelism, discipleship, and raising up new leaders. His approach to ministry/mission is relationally based, to connect with the local community through running relevant events and meeting needs through sharing humanitarian aid.
Sombor is known for its ‘coffee culture’ so meeting people for coffee and a chat often leads to very interesting conversations about God.
Zoli is married to Tanja and they have two daughters.
