We feel privileged to partner with Beginning of Life, based in Chisinau, Moldova. We currently provide funds for their ministry to encourage and create new leaders. BoL develop their own programmes and they also share their knowledge with other organisations, making our world a better place through mentoring, training and collaboration.

Serghei Mihailov shares, 'We are witnessing an amazing cycle of transformation. Vulnerable teens from across the city who were once reached by our programmes are now becoming leaders, guiding the next generation in schools, refugee centres and neighbourhoods.

The Student Evangelical Association of Macedonia brings the gospel to students through outreach, discussions and seminars. SEAM's work specifically addresses topics concerning young people so they can discover the God who sees them. At last year's Easter outreach event, a student told Katerina Koleva, "It is the first time I listened to something like this. I started to cry while listening and had goosebumps all over my body."

We are currently funding the work of SEAM, led by Katerina, as they develop their staff and students in faith and leadership. Please pray for Katerina, Igor, Jovana and David.

Several years ago, Alban Krasniqi realised churches in Kosovo needed support to provide youth ministry to young people, so he realised his vision to establish Youth First Concern Kosova. We have been blessed to support Alban's ministry and initiatives to bring hope to Kosovo.

One of those projects is the 'Superwoman' course, which encourages young women and girls to see their value in a society that overlooks this. YFCK also run summer camps and events to share the love of Jesus with a younger generation. Alban is grateful for the volunteers who support and help run the ministry.

In a country which is predominantly Muslim, and which has experienced increased radicalisation, Christians such as Alban and the volunteers at YFCK are a beacon of light in the darkness.

Our partnership with Ami actually began through our connection with her parents, Pastors Tedi and Didi Oprenovi, who lead First Baptist Church in Sofia, Bulgaria. It is a delight to see the children of believers continue in the way they should go, and we are thrilled to support Ami's ministry.

Ami's ministry actively encourages others to participate; to bring the gifts God has given them for the building of the Kingdom. Since Ami has developed the church's social media, more young people have connected with the church, with some getting involved with communications.

We are really excited to focus this year's Spring Appeal on identifying and supporting the next generation of God's leaders in Eastern Europe and the Balkans: ten-uk.org/spring-appeal/

To illustrate what is possible, a few years ago, we began supporting the work of Albano and Genta Manxhari in Tirana, Albania. Our partner and Executive Director of the International School of Theology & Leadership, Hervin Fushekati, identified students Albano and Genta who started Alpha House Church in their home.

We have committed to supporting Albano and Genta for a set time, encouraging them to identify sustainable initiatives to continue the work. Currently, we are supporting them with church rent - God has guided them towards a building that has exceeded their expectations - and ministry costs.

In addition, this young church has seen transformation with people giving their lives to Christ. This year, they hope to baptise at least three people, and they have recently restarted the Alpha Course with students and professionals. The discipleship continues! ... See MoreSee Less
