Thank you to all of you who have been supporting our WinterHelp appeal. Your support meant we could provide a grant to Novi Sad Christian Fellowship last winter. They bought 35 winter boots to give out to people who are homeless. These gifts are an integral part of their 'Hand For A Friend' (Ruka za druga) ministry.
Erika Sabljov (centre, last photo) is part of the Ruka za druga team. She shared many stories of gratitude. Ružica sleeps in an abandoned warehouse with no heating. 'The only warmth [Ružica] finds is by covering herself with two blankets and wearing all the clothes she owns. This has contributed to her health issues, making life even more difficult. When she received shoes, she cried tears of joy, knowing that her feet would finally be warm and dry.'

Late last year, a team from Bless Community Church in the UK went out to support the work of Fellowship of the Lord's People (BPZ) in Pristina, Kosovo. It was a humbling and challenging experience, as the team learned more about the significant sacrifices made by people in a majority Muslim country who had chosen to follow Christ.

In many of the countries where our partners are, today is Christmas Day!
Protestant Christian Fellowship, Novi Sad has shared photos of yesterday's communion service, celebrating the birth of Christ. Pastor Dusan Beredi told us, 'Serbian Christians celebrate Christmas according to the Julian calendar, which means we enjoy a longer season of Christmas events and gatherings.'
Are you celebrating Christmas today? If so, tell us more about how you are marking the birth of Christ. God bless you! ... See MoreSee Less
