Current work

The focus of TEN's strategy is:

  • To strengthen our network of partner relationships to affect change in Europe.
  • To support current partners in order to increase impact and develop new relationships.
  • Inspire and equip mission-focused Christians in the UK—through engaging the participation of young and older, individual Christians and local churches to be part of what God is doing in Europe and see change both in the UK and Eastern Europe.
  • Strengthening our foundations so that we continue to be effective in what God has called us to—working hard to make sure we run TEN efficiently and effectively.

TEN currently focuses on 10 countries, supporting around 50 churches and projects.

We do this through prayer, building personal relationships and practically assisting in projects. However, our Network is wider than this and includes Members in other countries.

Our aims are:

  • To help partners demonstrate the love of Christ through ministries of compassion.
  • To support partners as they engage in evangelism.
  • To assist partners to plant new churches in localities without an evangelical witness.

This is achieved by:

  • Personal support funding
  • Creating relationships between UK and Eastern European churches
  • Facilitating the sending of short-term mission teams
  • Promoting prayer support
  • Training and equipping
  • Networking partners across Europe—west and east
  • Ensuring that the voices of partners are heard
