Would you like to go on one of our short-term team trips this year? Team trips are a great way of getting to know our partners better, experience their challenges and joys and work shoulder to shoulder to share God's love with people in Eastern Europe and the Balkans.

TEN is committed to being partner-led and our teams work is no exception.

What was once called a short-term mission trip is now called a short-term teams trip to more accurately reflect this part of our work. We only organise a short-term teams trip where a partner has requested one. We work with the partner to plan all aspects of the team visit to do our best to make sure that the trip strengthens the partner ministry.

The trip allowed me to see the impact that sharing the gospel can have but also showed me the importance of things such as spending time with others, listening and talking with them and learning about their life stories and experiences. I would thoroughly recommend going on a TEN mission trip – it’s great for people of all ages!

Having a group from TEN of mature Christians with leadership experience to encourage, pray and equip our women in ministry has been a blessing and a great ministry. We hope we can do more together in the years to come.

I went with a very sketchy knowledge of Albania, its history and the growth of the Church in recent decades. I came home informed and with an opened heart to the lives, challenges and blessings of the Christians there.

The pastors are so devoted to Jesus, solid in their teaching and knowledgeable about Albania’s history. It was such a privilege to minister to the ladies in the conference and the villages. The whole trip was fulfilling, refreshing and joyful. I fell in love with Albania and these dear people. I hope there will be an opportunity to visit and serve them again.

Whatever you love about short-term team trips; working with children, engaging with teenagers, being willing to roll up your sleeves, or helping some very poor people—there’s something to accommodate everybody’s tastes.

TENteams Opportunities in 2024:

Struga, North Macedonia

17–25 September 2024

Love sharing about Jesus with others? Or want to grow in evangelism? Then join us this September for our TENteams evangelistic trip where we will have the opportunity to share the gospel with the people of Struga, North Macedonia alongside our wonderful partners Emil and Vesna via street and friendship evangelism. We will also be able to help facilitate leading Bible studies.

Who is this for?

This trip is open to applicants aged 18 and over and for those who either have some experience in evangelism or are willing to step out and share Jesus.

Cost:

£450 plus a one-night stay at Luton Airport, flights and travel to and from the UK airport (we have included these as additional costs as they tend to fluctuate).
