One of the most exciting things for me is seeing young Christians grow in faith with a humble servant heart and taking a lead.

The strategic leaders that are part of the TEN network are committed to finding and raising up people who will take on leadership in churches and Christian NGOs in the Balkans for the next generation.

TEN is committed to backing those who are raising new leaders and the new leaders themselves. Albano and Genta Manxhari are a young couple, finishing their studies at the International School of Theology & Leadership in Albania, whilst leading a church plant. Ami Oprenova-Stavrou is the worship leader in Sofia Baptist Church, training and equipping worship leaders across Bulgaria. Beni Micle, pastor in Constanta, Romania leads the Mathetis Bible School, which has over forty leaders in training this year.

Beginning of Life has an excellent young leader programme running in Moldova. Back in 2023, I had the privilege of teaching classes at Iliria Bible School in Kosovo. TEN actively supports these initiatives.

In our 60th year we want to maintain this momentum. Will you join us?

Our Spring Appeal this year is focused on raising funds to enable the raising of more leaders. If you want to support this please donate to our Spring Appeal.

Perhaps this is something you would like to support over a longer term? If so, get in touch to pledge support for this work over the next few years.
